I virtually met Nicola McGregor of the platform Sunday Sage about a year ago around a time when both of us were miserable in our 9-5 jobs and yearning for change. Fast forward a year and here we are, both building our business rooted in spirituality and empowerment and creating a life on our own terms! We connected on a deep level back then, both knowing life had so much more in store for us, and we have been able to be a support system for each other in those changing times in the past year.
I am so excited to have had the opportunity to talk to Nicola all about her choices of the past year(s) and how that has resulted in her created a new reality for herself. We discuss the meaning behind Sunday Sage and what influence Reiki has had on Nicola’s journey. We bring in how breaking free from the expected life’s path has been and the influence of social media on this! Nicola also brings in the idea of ‘personal leadership’ in her work and we talk about how we can bring more of that into our feminine, intuition-led lives.
